Územní studie v podmínkách Prahy

Abstract

Práce se věnuje územním (urbanistickým) studiím v Praze. Uvádí jejich historický přehled, objasňuje pozici v současné legislativě, popisuje jejich účel, využití, cíle a fáze. Doporučuje jednotlivé fáze studie jasně odlišit, důraz klade na fázi konceptu studie. Určuje a komentuje obvyklý obsah studií, navrhuje jeho úpravy a doporučuje tak standardizovaný obsah textové i grafické části studie.Obsahuje obsáhlý přehled studií v Praze pořízených i studií připravovaných, na něž aplikuje doporučené zásady. Práce je doplněna rozsáhlými přílohami.

The dissertation thesis focuses on planning (urban) studies i Prague. It presents their historical overview,explains their position in the current Czech ligislation and describes their purposes,use,objectives and phases.It recommends differentiation of particular phases of a study and emphasizes the draft phase. It defines and comments on their usual content,proposes some changes and thus recommends a standardized content of a text as well as a graphic part of a study.It presents an overview of procured studies as well as future studies in Prague,to which the proposed measures are applied.The thesis is supplemented by extensive annexes.
