Návrh kompozitního boxu pro trakční akumulátor vozu Formula Student

Abstract

Tato diplomová práce se zaměřuje na zkoumání mechanických vlastností vybraných typů kompozitních materiálů vhodných pro výrobu akumulátorového boxu závodního monopostu kategorie Formula Student týmu eForce Prague Formula. Testované materiály byly podrobeny střihové zkoušce, zkoušce tříbodovým ohybem a tahové zkoušce. Na základě dosažených výsledků byla navržena optimální skladba sendvičové struktury a následně navržen a vyroben finální akumulátorový box.

This Master´s thesis focuses on investigating the mechanical properties of selected types of composite materials suitable for the construction of an accumulator box for a Formula Student racing monopost developed by the eForce Prague Formula team. The tested materials were subjected to shear tests, three-point bending tests, and tensile tests. Based on the results obtained, an optimal sandwich structure configuration was designed, and the final accumulator box was subsequently manufactured.
