Stresující faktory v učitelské profesi

Abstract

Hlavním cílem této bakalářské práce je problematika stresu, se zaměřením na nejčastější příčiny stresu učitelů na základních školách s orientací na učitele 2. stupně. Jako další cíl jsem si stanovila zjistit subjektivní vnímání stresu, zda existuje mezi dotazovanými skupina, u které je větší pravděpodobnost náchylnosti k ohrožení stresem či následkům vyhoření. V teoretické části práce jsou vymezeny základní pojmy a problematika samotná. V empirické části práce jsou na základě dotazníkového šetření na 2. stupni základních škol vyvozeny závěry, které si kladou nemalý cíl, navrhnout opatření, jak se s těmito situacemi vypořádat, ale především se snažit jim předcházet.

The main goal of this bachelors thesis is the stress issue, with a focus on the most common causes of stress among teachers in elementary schools with an orientation to second grade teachers. Another goal, that I set myself is to find out the subjective perception of stress and whether there is a group among the interviewees that is more likely to be vulnerable to stress or the consequences of burnout syndrome. In the theoretical part are defined basic terms and the issue of stress itself. In empirical part conclusions are drawn on the basis of a questionnaire survey at second grade of elementary schools, which set themselves a considerable goal, to propose measures to deal with these situations, however above all to try to prevent them.
