Návrh optimalizace webové stránky studentského klubu Orlík s využitím metod agilního řízení projektu

Abstract

Tato diplomová práce se zabývá návrhem optimalizace webové stránky studentského klubu Orlík, který působí na koleji Orlík pod záštitou Studentské unie ČVUT. Cílem práce je vytvořit moderní, přehlednou a uživatelsky přívětivou webovou stránku, která bude odpovídat potřebám současných i potenciálních členů klubu a zároveň reflektovat identitu klubu a jím nabízené služby. Práce kombinuje metody analýzy uživatelského rozhraní, výzkumu uživatelských potřeb a principy agilního projektového řízení. Pro řízení návrhového procesu byla zvolena metoda Kanban, která umožnila iterativní vývoj. Součástí práce je podrobná analýza stávajícího webu, hodnocení konkurenčních klubových webových stránek, tvorba person a mapy stránek, návrh grafického designu a následné uživatelské testování. Výsledkem je prototyp nové webové stránky, který reflektuje aktuálních potřeby uživatelů a zároveň integruje moderní trendy webdesignu. Práce rovněž obsahuje doporučení pro dlouhodobou údržbu a aktualizaci webu tak, aby zůstal funkční a relevantní i v budoucnu.

This diploma thesis focuses on the design and optimization of the website for the Orlík student club, which operates at the Orlík dormitory under the auspices of the Student Union of the Czech Technical University in Prague. The aim of the thesis is to create a modern, clear, and user-friendly website that meets the needs of current and potential club members while also reflecting the clubs identity and the services it offers. The work combines methods of user interface analysis, user needs research, and the principles of agile project management. The Kanban method was chosen to manage the design process, enabling iterative development. The thesis includes a detailed analysis of the current website, an evaluation of competing student club websites, the creation of user personas and a site map, the design of a graphic layout, and subsequent user testing. The outcome is a prototype of a new website that reflects the current needs of users while integrating modern web design trends. The thesis also provides recommendations for the long-term maintenance and updating of the website to ensure it remains functional and relevant in the future.
