Integrovaný návrh inteligentních budov

Abstract

Tato diplomová práce se zabývá principem integrovaných systémů a celkovými přínosy konceptu inteligentních budov z nejrůznějších úhlů pohledu. Nejprve se zabývá samotnou definicí a všeobecným pojetím inteligentních budov, použitými technologiemi a jejich propojením, výhodami i nevýhodami a porovnává náklady na realizaci a provoz inteligentní a tradiční budovy. Práce se dále zabývá způsobem odborného posuzování a hodnocení inteligentních budov na základě různých faktorů a kritérií. Principy inteligentních budov jsou demonstrovány na konkrétních příkladech z praxe ať už v rámci samostatných staveb nebo jejich seskupením ve větší celky inteligentní města, chytré továrny.

This thesis examines the principle of integrated systems and the overall benefits of the smart building concept from a variety of perspectives. It first discusses the actual definition and general concept of smart buildings, the technologies used and their interconnections, the advantages and disadvantages, and compares the costs of implementing and operating a smart and traditional building. The thesis further discusses how smart buildings are professionally assessed and evaluated based on various factors and criteria. The principles of smart buildings are demonstrated through concrete examples from practice, either within individual buildings or by grouping them into larger units - smart cities, smart factories.
