Nástroj pro variantní návrh systému a analýzu dat odpružení motocyklu

Abstract

Diplomová práce se zabývá popisem problematiky a variantním návrhem systému odpružení podvozku motocyklu. Hlavním cílem práce je vytvoření komplexního nástroje umožňující variantní návrhy geometrie zadního odpružení motocyklu. Součástí vyvinutého nástroje je i modul pro zpětnou analýzu naměřených dat. V teoretické části práce je obecně popsána problematika odpružení motocyklu včetně popisu jednotlivých řešení pro přední a zadní odpružení motocyklu. Praktická část práce se zabývá návrhem softwaru, pomocí něhož lze navrhnout zadní odpružení motocyklu a analyzovat chování celého odpružení motocyklu na základě reálně naměřených dat. Program lze rozdělit do tří sekcí, v rámci, kterých lze provést výpočty pro uložení zadní pružící jednotky, histogram pro analýzu odpružení a porovnání jednotlivých variant návrhů zadního odpružení. Součástí praktické části je také popis jednotlivých výpočetních modelů, které jsou nezbytné pro správné fungování navrženého programu.

The diploma thesis deals with the description of the problem and variant design of the suspension system of the motorcycle chassis. The main goal of the thesis is to create a complex tool enabling variant designs of the rear suspension geometry of the motorcycle. The developed tool also includes a module for reverse analysis of the measured data. The theoretical part of the thesis describes in general the problem of the suspension of the motorcycle including a description of individual solutions for the front and rear suspension of the motorcycle. The practical part of the thesis deals with the design of software that can be used to design the rear suspension of the motorcycle and to analyze the behavior of the entire suspension of the motorcycle on the basis of real measured data. The program can be divided into three sections, within which calculations can be made for the storage of the rear spring unit, histogram for the suspension analysis and comparison of individual variants of the rear suspension designs. The practical part also includes a description of individual calculation models that are necessary for the correct functioning of the proposed program.
