dc.description.abstract | Práca sa zaoberá automatickou detekciou pohybových artefaktov z elektrokardiogramu. V rámci riadeného experimentu bola vytvorená anotovaná dátová sada obsahujúca 4602 segmentov EKG signálu dlhých dve sekundy. Záznamy boli vyhotovené počas fyzickej aktivity rôznych intenzít, segmenty sú klasifikované podľa štyroch rôznych stupňov rušenia. Na meranie bol použitý nositeľný snímač a tri rôzne druhy elektród - Ag/AgCl, chróm-niklové a textilné elektródy - pričom posledné vykazujú najväčšiu odolnosť voči pohybovým artefaktom. Navrhnuté boli dva hlboké konvolučné modely, jeden na klasifikáciu fyzických aktivít, druhý na klasifikáciu pohybových artefaktov. Presnosť klasifikácie pohybových aktivít dosahuje 85,67 %, presnosť klasifikácie pohybových artefaktov 87,62 %. Výsledný model dokáže odlíšiť segmenty s čitateľným a nečitateľným srdečným rytmom s presnosťou 98,70 %. | cze |
dc.description.abstract | The thesis addresses the topic of automatic artefact detection in electrocardiograms. A controlled experiment was conducted, resulting in a labeled dataset comprising 4602 two seconds long ECG segments. The recordings were acquired during physical activities of varying degrees, and individual segments were categorized into four distinct classes based on the extent of the artefacts present. A wearable sensor with three different types of electrodes was used - Ag/AgCl, chrome-nickel, and textile - the latter of which revealed superior performance in mitigating motion artefacts. Two deep convolutional models were proposed: one for classifying physical activities and another for motion artefact classification. Results demonstrate an accuracy of 85.67 % for physical activity classification and 87.62 % for motion artefact classification. Furthermore, the model exhibits an accuracy of 98.70 % in correctly identifying segments with detectable and non-detectable heart rates. | eng |
