Abstract

Tato práce se zabývá návrhem kontejneru pro expoziční biologický experiment na stratosférickém balonu. V úvodu je představena problematika biologických expozičních experimentů. Dále je provedena rešerše čtyř experimentů, které byly uskutečněny v zahraničí a v České republice. Je proveden koncepční návrh celého zařízení. Konstrukční návrh mechanické části kontejneru sestává z volby základních rozměrů a rozmístění jednotlivých součástí.

This work deals with the design of a container for an exposure experiments is presented. Furthermore, a search is made of four experiments that were carried out abroad and in the Czech Republic. A conceptual design of the entire device is carried out. The structural design of the mechanical part of the container consists of the choice of basic dimensions and the distribution of individual components.
