Adaptační charakteristiky modrozelené infrastruktury v Praze a Mnichově

Abstract

Tato diplomová práce se zabývá srovnáním přístupu a možností Prahy a Mnichova k adaptaci na změnu klimatu pomocí modro-zelené infrastruktury. V první částí se zaměřuje na klimatickou změnu ve městě a její dopady. Dále vymezením modro-zelené infrastruktury včetně přínosů, které s sebou přináší. Druhá část práce vychází z terénního výzkumu a z osobních polostrukturovaných rozhovorů s odborníky městské správy, městských organizací a technických univerzit. Za pomoci sekundárních zdrojů dat jsou srovnány současné možnosti města pro adaptaci a rozvoj modrých a zelených prvků. Metodou vícekriteriální analýzy jsou srovnány vybrané adaptační projekty a na základě zjištěných skutečností jsou zformulována doporučení pro hl. m. Prahu. Výsledky práce jsou následně diskutovány.

This thesis compares the approach and possibilities of Prague and Munich in adaption to climate change through blue-green infrastructure. The first part focuses on climate change in the city and its impacts. It then defines blue-green infrastructure including the benefits it brings with it. The second part of the thesis is based on field research and personal semi-structured interviews with experts from city administration, city organizations and technical universities. With the help of secondary data sources, the city's current options for the adaptation and development of blue and green features are compared. Using a multi-criteria analysis method, selected adaptation projects are compared and recommendations for the city of Prague are formulated based on the findings. The results of the work are subsequently discussed.
