Wellbeing pracovníků ZZS Ústeckého kraje podle modelu PERMA

Abstract

Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na wellbeing pracovníků Zdravotnické záchranné služby Ústeckého kraje. V teoretické části jsou vymezeny pojmy pozitivní psychologie, wellbeing a modelu PERMA. Naleznete zde informace o Zdravotnické záchranné službě, o jejích činnostech a právním zabezpečením a vymezení. Dále zde naleznete informace k jednotlivým pracovním pozicím, které jsou na ZZS zastoupené a taktéž popsanou psychickou náročnost práce u Zdravotnické záchranné služby. Cílem praktické části je zjistit celkový stav wellbeing u pracovníků zdravotnické záchranné služby Ústeckého kraje pomocí modelu PERMA. K dosažení je využit standardizovaný dotazník „PERMA Profiler“ a výsledky jsou prezentovány pomocí přehledných grafů a podrobných popisů.

The bachelor thesis is focused on wellbeing of workers of Emergency medical services of Ústí nad Labem Region. The theoretical part defines terms such as positive psychology, wellbeing and model PERMA. There can be found information about medical emergency service and its actions and legislative security and demarcations. Each profession, that can work in medical emergency service is described there, as well as psychological demands that are experienced while working in medical emergency service. The aim of the bachelor thesis is to find out the state of wellbeing of workers of Emergency medical services of Ústí nad Labem Region using the model PERMA. Standardized questionnaire “PERMA Profiler” is used to achieve this objective and the results are presented by clear charts and detailed descriptions.
