Aplikace postupů BPM ke zvýšení výkonnosti vybraného nemocničního oddělení

Abstract

Diplomová práce se věnuje aplikaci postupů Business Process Managementu ve vybraném nemocničním oddělení. Cílem diplomové práce bylo aplikací postupů docílit zvýšení výkonnosti ambulantního rehabilitačního oddělení. Teoretická část práce shrnuje současný stav dané problematiky v České republice a ve světě. Pomocí vhodných metod a postupů byly analyzovány procesy probíhající na oddělení, a dále pak byly navrženy změny, které by danému zdravotnickému zařízení pomohly zvýšit výkonnost a zároveň celkově zlepšit řídící procesy. Výsledky ukázaly, že některé návrhy změn jsou pro daný typ oddělení vhodné a zvyšují výkonnost oddělení. V závěru práce jsou diskutovány jednotlivé návrhy vedoucí ke zvýšení výkonnosti, a které je možné aplikovat do procesů rehabilitačního oddělení.

The (master) thesis is focused on the application of Business Process Management procedures in a selected hospital department. The aim of the thesis was to increase the performance of an ambulant rehabilitation department by applying the procedures. The theoretical part of the thesis summarizes the current state of the issue in the Czech Republic and in the world. Using appropriate methods and procedures, the processes taking place in the department were analysed and then changes were proposed that would help the health care facility to increase its performance and at the same time improve the overall management processes. The results showed that some of the suggested changes were appropriate for the type of department and improved the performance of the department. The thesis concludes with a discussion of the various suggestions that lead to improved performance and can be applied to the processes of a rehabilitation department.
