Metody testování vlastností materiálů vhodných pro výrobu ochranných obleků členů složek IZS

Abstract

Tato diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou materiálů určených pro výrobu ochranných oděvů odolných proti útoku bodnou zbraní. V práci jsou studovány normy a standardy související s problematikou, materiály, ale i nové trendy. Pro splnění cílů práce byly užity metody měření, metody deskriptivní statistiky a komparace. V teoretické části jsou popsány jednotlivé standardy a normy, které se zabývají testováním materiálů. Dále jsou uvedeny vlákna a materiály, z nichž jsou nejčastěji ochranné prostředky vyráběny. Nechybí ani analýza nových trendů ve vývoji vláken, materiálů, struktur, ale i procesů výroby. Praktická část se zabývá samotným testováním různých materiálů a měřením průniků zkušební bodné zbraně. Testovány byly čtyři druhy materiálů, a to jak pro následnou výrobu ochranných oděvů, tak k jiným účelům. Výsledné naměřené hodnoty byly statisticky zpracovány a popsány. Následně byla provedena komparace dvou materiálů přímo vyrobených pro ochranu proti útoku bodnou zbraní.

The thesis deals with the problematic of materials designated for production of protective suits resistant to stabbing weapon attack. The norms and standards connected with the problematic, materials but also new trends are studied in the thesis. To fulfill the objectives of the thesis, the methods of descriptive statistics and comparison were used. In the theoretical part of thesis, the individual standards and norms dealing with testing of materials are described. Furthermore, the fibers and materials from which are the protective suits mostly produced are listed. The analysis of new trends in development of fibers, materials, structures but also production processes is not missing. The practical part deals with the testing of various types of materials itself and measurement of penetration of testing stabbing weapon. Four kinds of materials were tested, both for following production of protective suits and for other purposes. The resulting measured values were statistically processed and described. Then, two materials created with the purpose of protection against stabbing weapon attack were compared.
