Duševní hygiena a stres ve školním prostředí

Abstract

Bakalářská práce pojednává o duševní hygieně a stresu ve školním prostředí. Cílem bakalářské práce je na základě teoretických a praktických poznatků vysvětlit základní pojmy a specifika, která souvisejí s duševním zdravím a stresem v náročné profesi učitele. Zhodnotit stresující faktory a aktuální stav psychohygieny pedagogů středních škol a pomocí zvolených řešení odpovědět na otázky, vztahující se ke zdravému životnímu stylu, stresu a duševní hygieně. Bakalářská práce je rozdělena na dvě části, teoretickou a empirickou. Teoretická část je realizována pomocí rešerše a ověřování odborné literatury, článků a dalších odborných pramenů, o které se opírá a které tvoří základ práce. Empirická část je realizována dotazníkovým šetřením, kdy výzkumným souborem jsou učitelé, kteří vykonávají svou pedagogickou činnost na středních školách.

This bachelor’s thesis examines mental hygiene and stress in the school environment. The aim of the work is to explain basic concepts and specifics relating to mental health and stress in the demanding profession of teaching, based on theoretical and practical knowledge; to evaluate stress factors and the current state of teachers’ psychohygiene, and to use selected solutions to answer questions related to a healthy lifestyle, stress and mental hygiene. The thesis is divided into a theoretical and empirical part. The theoretical part consists of a literature review of professional publications, articles and other sources, on which this work is based. These resources are used to determine the current state of knowledge of the issue, followed by the formulation of a research problem. The empirical part of the thesis deals with research in the form of a questionnaire survey. The target group of the study was secondary school teachers.
