Konstrukční návrh drtiče natě brambor

Abstract

Tato diplomová práce se zabývá konstrukčním návrhem drtiče bramborové natě. Jedná se o stroj, který se používá jako předstupeň při sklizni brambor. Jeho úlohou je rozdrcení bramborové natě, čímž je zjednodušeno následné konečné vyorání brambor. V teoretické části je proveden rozbor zemědělských strojů, s užším zaměřením na samotné drtiče a jim příbuzné mulčovače. V závěru této části jsou popsány jednotlivé prvky hnacího mechanismu drtiče. Praktická část se poté věnuje již samotnému konstrukčnímu návrhu drtiče. V první části jsou provedeny návrhové analytické výpočty a následně je ukázán 3D model stroje. V závěru práce jsou vybrané celky podrobeny kontrolním výpočtům. Výpočty poté doplňuje MKP analýza vytvořeného modelu.

This thesis deals with the design of a potato crusher. It is a machine that is used as a preliminary stage in the harvesting of potatoes, its role is to crush the potato haulm, thus simplifying the subsequent final ploughing of potatoes. In the theoretical part, an analysis of agricultural machinery is made, with a narrower focus on the crushers themselves and their related mulchers. At the end of this section, the various elements of the crusher drive mechanism are described. The practical part is then devoted to the design of the crusher itself. In the first part, design analytical calculations are performed and then a 3D model of the machine is shown. At the end of the thesis, the selected units are subjected to control calculations. The calculations are then complemented by FEM analysis of the developed model.
