Charakterizace tenkých oxidových vrstev

Abstract

Cílem práce je předložit teoretické poznatky o růstu a charakterizaci tenkých vrstev, zejména oxidů kovů a polokovů, včetně jejich aplikací v elektronice. Součástí teoretické části je porovnání různých metod růstu s detailnějším popisem metody ALD. Dále jsou popsány vybrané metody charakterizace tenkých vrstev. V experimentální části bude popsán proces růstu tenkých vrstev ZnO a měření některých jeho vlastností. Praktické poznatky, které práce přináší by mohly v budoucnu posloužit při růstu ZnO pro konkrétní aplikace.

The aim of this work is to present theoretical knowledge on the growth and characterization of thin films, especially metal oxides and semimetals, including their applications in electronics. The theoretical part includes a comparison of different growth methods with a more detailed description of the ALD method. Selected methods for thin film characterization are also described. The experimental part will describe the growth process of ZnO thin films and measurements of some of its properties. The practical knowledge provided by the work could serve in the future growth of ZnO for specific applications.
