Vliv přerušení procesu DMLS technologie tisku na strukturu materiálu

Abstract

Tato diplomová práce se zabývá analýzou struktury materiálu dílů, u kterých došlo k přerušení DMLS technologie tisku. Teoretická část obsahuje popis technologie DMLS, spolu s používanými materiály. Dále popisuje vliv procesních parametrů a nedostatky této technologie. Praktická část práce se zaměřuje na analýzu struktury vzorků, ve kterých došlo k přerušení procesu tisku. Cílem této analýzy je získat ucelený přehled o struktuře materiálu v takovýchto dílech a identifikovat případné změny.

This thesis focuses on the analysis of the material structure of parts where the DMLS printing technology has been interrupted. The theoretical part contains a description of the DMLS technology, together with the materials used. It also describes the influence of process parameters and the shortcomings of this technology. The practical part of the thesis focuses on the analysis of the structure of samples in which the printing process was interrupted. The aim of this analysis is to obtain a comprehensive overview of the material structure in such parts and to identify any changes.
