Finanční analýza vybraných stavebních společností a jejich porovnání

Abstract

Bakalářská práce se věnuje tématu finanční analýzy z teoretického i praktického hlediska. V teoretické části je vysvětlen pojem finanční analýza, krátce se věnuje i její historii a popsání uživatelů. Představeny jsou také podklady, které jsou pro zpracování analýzy potřebné a následně metody, které jsou implementovány v praktické části. V té jsou nejprve vybrány a prezentovány stavební společnosti, které budou analýze podrobeny. Finanční analýza je provedena na základě účetních výkazů společností za posledních pět tedy, tedy v období 2017 až 2021. Aplikovány jsou vybrané metody absolutních, rozdílových a poměrových ukazatelů. Výstupy dílčích analýz jsou průběžně porovnávány a okomentovány.

The bachelor's thesis focuses on the topic of financial analysis from both theoretical and practical perspectives. The theoretical part explains the concept of financial analysis, briefly discussing its history and the description of its users. It also presents the necessary foundations for conducting the analysis, followed by the methods implemented in the practical part. In this section, selected construction companies are first chosen and introduced, which will be subjected to the analysis. The financial analysis is conducted based on the financial statements of the companies for the last five years, specifically the period from 2017 to 2021. The selected methods of absolute, differential, and ratio indicators are applied. The outputs of the partial analyses are continuously compared and commented on.
