Koncepční návrh konstrukce 3D tiskárny

Abstract

Tato bakalářská práce se věnuje vývoji 3D tiskárny schopné provádět automaticky sériový tisk. V průběhu výzkumu byly studovány stávající 3D tiskárny, technologie 3D tisku a metody pohybu tiskové hlavy. Byl proveden návrh prototypu 3D tiskárny v programu Autodesk Inventor 2023, která může provádět tisk v automatickém režimu s minimálním zásahem operátora. Důležité součásti byly vypočítány a vybrány od výrobců.

The bachelor’s thesis is focused on the development of a 3D printer for automatically performed serial printing. In the course of the research are existing 3D printers, 3D printing technologies and the print head moving methods were studied. A prototype of the 3D printer, which can perform printing in automatic mode with minimal operator intervention, was designed in Autodesk Inventor 2023 software. Important components were calculated and selected from the catalogues of manufacturers.
