Řízení výkonnosti podniku z pohledu finančního manažera

Abstract

Diplomová práce se zabývá řízením výkonnosti podniku se zaměřením na pohled finančního manažera. Cílem diplomové práce je zhodnotit finanční zdraví a především finanční výkonnost vybraného podniku za pomoci finančních ukazatelů. V úvodu je uveden teoretický základ výkonnosti, jejího měření, vyhodnocování a řízení. Následně je práce primárně zaměřena na finanční ukazatele, díky kterým je možné výkonnost měřit a následně řídit. V druhé části práce jsou aplikovány teoretické základy na konkrétním podniku z oblasti automotive. Na závěr práce je u vybraného podniku zhodnoceno celkové finanční zdraví a výkonnost podniku z pohledu finančního manažera.

The diploma thesis deals with the performance management of a company with a focus on the perspective of the financial manager. The aim of the diploma thesis is to evaluate the financial health and, above all, the financial performance of a selected company using financial ratios. In the introduction, the theoretical basis of performance, its measurement, evaluation and management is presented. Subsequently, the thesis primarily focuses on the financial ratios through which performance can be measured and subsequently managed. In the second part of the thesis, the theoretical foundations are applied to a specific automotive company. The thesis concludes with an assessment of the overall financial health and performance of the selected company from the perspective of the financial manager.
