Hodnocení finančního zdraví a ocenění společnosti Big Shock s.r.o.

Abstract

Cílem diplomové práce je zhodnotit finanční zdraví společnosti Big Shock s.r.o., její pozici na trhu a následně stanovit hodnotu podniku. Práce je rozdělena na dvě části, z nichž ta první–⁠teoretická charakterizuje základní pojmy a metody vhodné pro vyhodnocení finančního zdraví podniku a stanovení jeho hodnoty. V praktické části je představen podnik a jsou zde aplikovány postupy popsané v části teoretické. V rámci strategické analýzy je využita PEST analýza a Porterův model pěti sil. K vyhodnocení finančního zdraví jsou použity nástroje finanční analýzy. Před samotným oceněním jsou definována provozně nutná a nenutná aktiva, generátory hodnoty a je sestaven finanční plán podniku na následujících pět let. Ocenění podniku je provedeno pomocí výnosové metody diskontovaného cashflow. Závěr práce obsahuje shrnutí a vyhodnocení výsledků užitých metod, je zde stanovena hodnota podniku a jsou představena doporučení pro budoucí vývoj podniku.

The aim of the thesis is to evaluate the financial health of Big Shock s.r.o., its position on the market and subsequently determine the value of the company. The thesis is divided into two parts, where the first-theoretical part characterizes the basic concepts and methods suitable for evaluating the financial health of the company and determining its value. The practical part presents the enterprise and applies the procedures described in the theoretical part. PEST analysis and Porter's five forces model are used in the strategic analysis. Financial analysis tools are used to evaluate the financial health. Prior to the valuation, the operational and non-operational assets as well as value generators are described and a financial plan for the next five years is drawn up. The valuation of the business is carried out using the discounted cashflow method. The conclusion of the thesis contains a summary and evaluation of the results of the used methods, the value of the enterprise is determined and recommendations for the future development of the enterprise are presented.
