Návrh projektové části strategie Smart City pro statutární město Děčín

Abstract

Cílem práce je evaluace strategie Smart City statutárního města Děčín a její rozšíření o návrhy konkrétních projektů, které povedou ke zvýšení kvality života jeho obyvatelstva v rámci konceptu Smart City. K naplnění cíle autor sumarizuje doposud implementovanou strategii Smart City v Děčíně, identifikuje její nedostatky, které na základě poznatků z příkladů světových měst (Vídeň, Londýn, St. Albert) odstraňuje, a rovněž strategii rozšiřuje o další konkrétní projekty, které detailněji popisuje a formuluje vhodné indikátory pro monitoring jejich implementace. Tím práce přispívá k rozvoji strategie Smart City v Děčíně pro další časové období, což následně povede ke zvýšení kvality života ve městě a jeho udržitelnému rozvoji.

The aim of the thesis is to evaluate the Smart City strategy of the statutory city of Děčín and to extend it with proposals of specific projects that will lead to an increase in the quality of life of its inhabitants within the concept of Smart City. To achieve this goal, the author summarizes the currently implemented Smart City strategy in Děčín, identifies its deficiencies, and eliminates them based on the best practice examples of world cities (Vienna, London, St. Albert). The strategy is also expanded with additional particular projects which are described in detail and provided with suitable indicators for monitoring their implementation. The thesis contributes to the development of the subsequent Smart City strategy in Děčín, which will subsequently lead to an increase in the quality of life in the city and its future sustainable development.
