Připravenost výjezdových skupin poskytovatelů zdravotnických záchranných služeb v České republice na pandemii COVID-19

Abstract

Diplomová práce se zabývá připraveností zdravotnické záchranné služby v Plzeňském kraji na výskyt mimořádné události typu pandemie. V rámci práce byla provedena analýza postupů při první a druhé vlně pandemie COVID-19 v oblasti správného užití OOPP a dekontaminace. Stanovili jsme pět hypotéz, kterým věnujeme závěrečnou diskuzi. Na začátku diplomové práce věnujeme kapitolu legislativnímu zakotvení všech příslušných dokumentů, zdravotnické záchranné službě a dalším záchranným složkám. Následuje praktická část, ve které popisujeme onemocnění COVID-19, postup manipulace s OOPP a pomůcky pro dekontaminaci. V praktické části diplomové práce jsme provedli anonymní dotazníkové šetření se zaměstnanci zdravotnické záchranné služby Plzeňského kraje (ZZS Pk) s minimálním počtem 100 respondentů. Následně jsme provedli SWOT analýzu zjištěných výsledků. Diplomová práce poskytne pohled na pandemii ze strany členů výjezdových skupin, což může posloužit poskytovateli ZZS jako forma zhodnocení postupů.

The diploma thesis deals with the preparedness of the medical rescue service in the Pilsen Region for the occurrence of a pandemic type emergency. The thesis analysed the procedures during the first and second wave of pandemic COVID-19 in the field of proper use of PPE and decontamination. Five hypotheses were established and are the focus of the final discussion. At the beginning of the thesis we devote a chapter to the legislative anchoring of all relevant documents, the medical emergency service and other emergency services. This is followed by a practical section in which we describe the COVID-19 disease, the PPE handling procedure and decontamination aids. In the practical part of the thesis, we conducted an anonymous questionnaire survey with the employees of the medical rescue service of the Pilsen Region (ZZS Pk) with a minimum number of 100 respondents. Subsequently, we performed a SWOT analysis of the results. The thesis will provide a view of the pandemic from the perspective of the members of the EMS groups, which can serve as a form of evaluation of the procedures by the provider of the Emergency Medical Services.
