Problematika průjezdnosti vozidel IZS v zastavěné městské oblasti

Abstract

Diplomová práce „Problematika průjezdnosti vozidel IZS v zastavěné městské oblasti“ se zabývá průjezdností pozemními komunikacemi a možnými riziky vzhledem k otázce včasného příjezdu složek Integrovaného záchranného systému k mimořádné události a jejímu úspěšnému zvládnutí. V teoretické části vymezujeme danou problematiku, její současný stav, specifikujeme základní pojmy, charakterizujeme jednotlivé složky Integrovaného záchranného systému a popisujeme lokalitu vybranou pro potřeby výzkumného šetření. V praktické části bylo metodami diferenční analýzy, vlečných křivek a modelových situací provedeno šetření, jehož výsledky byly následně zhodnoceny a byl navržen postup řešení zjištěných skutečností.

The thesis “Access Routes for Integrated Rescue System Vehicles in Developed Urban Areas” deals with the accessibility by road for emergency response vehicles and analyses potential risks in terms of the timely arrival of Integrated Rescue System vehicles to emergency situations and of the successful response to such situations. The theoretical part of the thesis outlines the issue and the current situation, provides key definitions, describes all the components of the Czech Integrated Rescue System, and describes the geographical area in which research was conducted. The practical part describes the research carried out using differential analysis, turning paths and model situations, whose outcomes were then assessed, and proposes solutions to the findings of the research.
