Využití dětské jógy v terapii dětí s Aspergerovým syndromem ve věku 9-10 let

Abstract

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá zhodnocením využití dětské jógy ve fyzioterapii dětí s Aspergerovým syndromem. Teoretická část je rozdělena na 2 hlavní podkapitoly. V první části je popsána diagnóza Aspergerova syndromu. V druhé části jsou popsány obecné poznatky o dětské józe, které je potřeba znát k bližšímu porozumění tématu. Obsahuje informace o využití a vlivu jógy na dětský organismus, ale také jednotlivá specifika dětské jógy, jako jsou zásady cvičení, struktura lekcí či možné modifikace jógových pozic. V metodické části práce jsou uvedeny použité vyšetřovací postupy a terapeutické metody, jež jsou následně aplikovány v praktické části. Vyšetření probíhalo pomocí testové baterie Bruininks-Oseretzky Test of Motor Proficiency – Second Edition, konkrétně její krátké verze. V praktické části jsou porovnávány 2 skupiny probandů, z nichž výzkumná skupina absolvovala 12 jógových terapií, kontrolní skupina byla bez fyzioterapeutické intervence. V závěru práce jsou výsledky vstupního a výstupního vyšetření všech probandů prezentovány a interpretovány formou tabulek a slovního hodnocení. Získané výsledky budou porovnány s ostatními studiemi z Čech i zahraničí.

My bachelor thesis deals with the evaluation of the use of children's yoga in the physiotherapy of children with Asperger's syndrome. The theoretical part is divided into 2 main subchapters. The first part describes the diagnosis of Asperger's syndrome. The second part describes the general knowledge about children's yoga, which needs to be known to gain a closer understanding of the topic. It contains information about the use and influence of yoga on the child's body, but also the individual specifics of child yoga, such as the principles of exercise, lesson structure or possible modifications of yoga positions. The methodological part of the thesis lists the used examination procedures and therapeutic methods, which are then applied in the practical part. The examination was performed using the Bruininks-Oseretzky Test of Motor Proficiency – Second Edition, specifically its short version. The practical part compares 2 groups of probands, of which the research group underwent 12 yoga therapies, while the control group received no physiotherapeutic intervention. At the end of the thesis, the results of the entrance and exit examinations of all probands are presented and interpreted in the form of tables and verbal evaluation. The obtained results will be compared with other studies from the Czech Republic and abroad.
