This bachelor thesis deals with the use of telerehabilitation in athletes, especially boxers. The aim of this work is to improve the postural stability of probands thanks to exercises on the stabilometric platform Homebalance. We established three basic hypotheses that, based on the data obtained, helped us to determine at the end of the work whether the appropriate method is suitable for improving the motor skills of boxers. The bachelor thesis contains nine parts. These are called introduction, aim of the thesis, research hypotheses, overview of the current state, methodology, special part, results, hypothesis verification, discussion and conclusion. The chapter overview of the current state describes posture and balance. Then, it describes the theory of boxing - history, types of matches, boxing rules, boxer movements, boxing breathing and psychological training. Then it describes the most using parts during boxing movements and a brief description of telerehabilitation. The methodology deals with the characteristics of the methods used - the examinations that were performed, the entrance tests, the positions in which the exercise took place and the programs used. The Special part describes the course of the telerehabilitation intervention - the entrance examination, the course itself and the exit examination. In the results chapter there is an overall evaluation of the results of our examinations, which are evaluated on the basis of a comparison of the entrance and exit examinations. Furthermore, the established hypotheses are evaluated here. The form of evaluation is mostly verbal, supplemented by tables. The discussion chapter deals with the evaluation of the results and the comparison of our therapy with other research. furthermore, the established hypotheses are discussed here. The conclusion deals with the issue of fulfilling the tent goal of the work, summarizes the results and describes the possible benefits of the work.eng
