Vliv větru na letecký provoz IFR na letišti Václava Havla

Abstract

Predmetom bakalárskej práce je stanovenie ročného chodu hodnôt vetra a analýza vplyvu vetra na leteckú prevádzku, podľa pravidiel IFR, na Letisku Václava Havla v Prahe. V práci budú identifikované najčastejšie javy počasia s dôrazom na vietor, s ktorým je možné sa na Letisku stretnúť, jednotlivé konfliktné situácie, pri ktorých lietadlá IFR opakovali pristátie a tiež hlásenie vetra v rôznych meteorologických správach. Na základe získaných dát o lietadlách, ktoré museli opakovať pristátie kvôli počasiu v období 2017-2021, príslušných správ METAR a SPECI, budú analyzované parametre vetra, pri ktorých boli lietadlá nútené opakovať pristátie a na základe zistených výsledkov stanovené limity hodnôt vetra pre bezpečné pristátie na Letisku.

The subject of the bachelor's thesis is the determination of the annual course of wind values and the analysis of the influence of wind on air traffic, according to the IFR rules, at Václav Havel Airport in Prague. The work will identify the most frequent weather phenomena, with an emphasis on the wind that can be encountered at the airport, individual conflict situations in which the IFR aircraft carried out the go-around and wind reports in various meteorological reports. Based on the obtained data about the aircraft that had to carry out go-around due to weather in the period 2017-2021, the relevant METAR and SPECI reports, the wind parameters will be analysed in which the aircraft were forced to carry out go-around, and based on the results, the limits of the wind values for a safe landing at the airport will be determined .
