This diploma thesis was focused on non-contact measurement methods usability for accurate measurements. The first part dealt with the description of sensing systems. The attention was focused on the distribution, the possibilities of use when measuring components. In the next part, the issue of non-contact measurement was discussed. This part included the principles of non-contact measurement, the description of structured light and the individual structures of the projected patterns. Special attention was paid to the factors of influencing the dimensional accuracy of non-contact measurement. Furthermore, the work dealt with the choice of measured components and the definition of comparative characteristics. It was then be devoted to the method of obtaining nominal values on a coordinate measuring machine and the use of this data to create models. Subsequently, it dealt with optical scanning and the effect of sublimating and permanent matting powder. At the end, the obtained data were evaluated and were measured and the models were compared with the resulting measurements.
