Abstract

Stavebně technologický projekt – Viladům Bohnická 171/42, Praha, Bohnice Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá stavebně technologickým řešením bytového domu v ulici Bohnická, v Praze Bohnicích. Koncepčně se jedná o přestavbu prvorepublikové vily a přístavbu, která vilu rozšíří. Ve výsledku bude Viladům Bohnická 171/42 nabízet 18 bytových jednotek a 6 ateliérů. Autor v praktické části práce posuzuje úplnost a správnost předané projektové dokumentace, zabývá se prostorovou, technologickou a časovou strukturou stavby. Dále řeší návrh zařízení staveniště pro 4 fáze výstavby, navrhuje technologický postup na vybraný stavební proces a zpracovává kontrolní a zkušební plán pro vybrané procesy výstavby. V části teoretické autor rozebírá téma příčin vnikání vody do konstrukce spodní stavby a možnosti sanace hydroizolací spodní stavby, které vyplývají z řešeného objektu.

Construction Technology Desing – Villa apartment house Bohnická 171/42 This bachelor thesis deals with the construction and technological solution of an apartment building in Bohnická Street, in Prague, in Bohnice. Conceptually, it is a reconstruction of the First Republic´s era´s villa with an extension that will expand the villa. As a result, Viladům Bohnická 171/42 will offer 18 residential units and 6 studios. In the practical part of the thesis, the author assesses the completeness and correctness of the submitted project documentation, deals with the spatial, technological and temporal structure of the building. It also solves the design of construction site equipment for 4 phases of construction, proposes a technological procedure for the selected construction process and elaborates a control and test plan for selected construction processes. In the theoretical part, the author discusses the topic of the main factors of water ingress into the substructure and the possibilities of remediation by waterproofing the substructure, which result from the solved building.
