Požárně bezpečnostní řešení stavby - BD EKO CITY Malešice

Abstract

Bakalářská práce se zabývá stavební revizí a požárně bezpečnostním řešením polyfunkčního domu v komplexu EKO CITY Malešice prováděného ve 4. etapě, respektive sekce A (SO 01.2) včetně podnože (SO 01.1). Sekce B.1 a B.2 nejsou součástí této bakalářské práce. Práce navazuje na architektonicko-stavební řešení, které vypracoval Jan Vařečka v rámci předmětu ATV4 na Katedře architektury FSv ČVUT v Praze. Stavební revize se věnuje úpravám objektu z hlediska požární bezpečnosti a provozní funkčnosti. Veškeré úpravy na objektu jsou uvedeny v revizní zprávě (Část II.) včetně vyznačení ve výkresové dokumentaci. Požárně bezpečnostní řešení (Část I.) se zabývá hlavně požadavky na bezpečnou evakuaci osob, požadavky na konstrukce objektu a na provedení bezpečného požárního zásahu. Objekt je posouzen podle norem ČSN 73 0802, ČSN 73 0804, ČSN 73 0833 a norem souvisejících. Rozsah požárně bezpečnostního řešení je v souladu s vyhláškou č. 246/2001 Sb. o požární prevenci. Požárně bezpečnostní řešení obsahuje technickou zprávu a výkresovou dokumentaci.

The bachelor's thesis deals with the construction inspection and fire safety solution of a multifunctional house in the EKO CITY Malešice complex carried out in the 4th stage, respectively section A (SO 01.2), including the base (SO 01.1). Sections B.1 and B.2 are not part of this bachelor thesis. The work follows the architectural and construction solution, which was developed by Jan Vařečka within the subject ATV4 at the Department of Architecture FSv CTU in Prague. The construction inspection deals with modifications to the building in terms of fire safety and operational functionality. All modifications to the building are listed in the inspection report (Part II.), Including markings in the drawing documentation. The fire safety solution (Part I.) deals mainly with the requirements for the safe evacuation of people, the requirements for the construction of the building and the implementation of a safe fire intervention. The building is assessed according to standards ČSN 73 0802, ČSN 73 0804, ČSN 73 0833 and related standards. The scope of the fire safety solution is in accordance with Decree No. 246/2001 Coll. on fire prevention. The fire safety solution contains a technical report and drawing documentation.
