Problematika rekonstrukcí normalizační bytové výstavby z období 60-80. let 20. století v ČR

Abstract

Cílem této bakalářské práce je osvětlit problematiku rekonstrukcí bytových jednotek v budovách tvořených z prefabrikovaných skládaných panelových systémů, které na našem území vznikaly z největší části v 60. až 80. letech 20. století. Výsledkem bude seznámení se s historickými variantami panelových konstrukčních soustav, objasnění nejčastějších problémů a závad těchto technologií a ukázka možného postupu rekonstrukce bytových jednotek v takovýchto domech.

The aim of this bachelor thesis is to elucidate the issue of reconstruction of housing units in buildings consisting of prefabricated folded panel systems, which were mostly built in the 60s and 80s of the 20th century in our territory. The result will be acquaintance with historical variants of panel construction systems, clarification of the most common problems and defects of these technologies and a demonstration of a possible procedure for the reconstruction of housing units in such buildings.
