Podnikatelský plán na rozšíření podnikatelských aktivit

Abstract

Bakalářská práce se věnuje sestavení podnikatelského plánu na výstavbu nové vlastní výrobní haly a s tím spojené rozšíření výroby. Podnikatelský plán je zpracován za situace, kdy je společnost nucena se rozhodnout o svých dalších krocích v podnikání. Řešením je výstavba nové vlastní výrobní haly a přesunutí výroby do vlastních prostor, které je však spojeno s významnou investicí. S ohledem na výši investice není společnost schopna tento záměr financovat pouze z vlastních zdrojů. V praktické části je tedy tato práce věnována způsobu financování záměru a vyhodnocení, zda společnost má předpoklady k tom, aby uskutečnila svůj záměr a za jakých podmínek.

The bachelor thesis deals with the preparation of a business plan for the construction of a new production hall and the related expansion of production. The business plan is prepared in a situation when the company is forced to decide on its next steps in business. The solution is to build a new production hall and to move production to its own premises, which, however, involves a significant investment. Given the size of the investment, the company is not in a position to finance this project solely from its own resources. The practical part of this thesis is therefore devoted to the method of financing the project and an assessment of whether the company has the means to carry out its project and under what conditions.
