Optimalizace procesů operátora nástupních mostů

Abstract

Předmětem této diplomové práce je analyzovat možnosti zlepšení současného nastavení procesů operátora nástupních mostů. Nedílnou součástí bylo zjištění a popsání současného stavu včetně nedostatků jeho nastavení. Analýze zlepšení předchází vytvoření simulačního modelu infrastruktury odbavovacích ploch areálu sever u terminálů 1 a 2, což je zároveň motivací práce. Tento model bude možné v budoucnu jakkoli rozvíjet a použít ho v rámci zlepšení nastavení procesu pozemního odbavení letadel. Model lze v jeho současném stavu také použít pro simulaci provozu letištních autobusů a vyhodnocování výstupních dat. V práci je optimalizace procesů operátora nástupních mostů dosaženo pomocí různých nastavení provozního simulačního modelu vytvořeného v programu AnyLogic. Především se jedná o optimalizace počtu lidských zdrojů. Tento výsledek je porovnán se současným stavem a ohodnocen. Dále je navrženo, jak takové procesy zavést do praxe, aby se dosáhlo zlepšení nastavených procesů, kde budou operátoři nástupních mostů a potřebné vybavení k dispozici vždy v dostatečném množství, a tím požadované kvalitě pro odbavení letadel.

The subject of this thesis is to analyse the possibilities of improving the current setup of the air bridge operator processes. An integral part was to identify and describe its current state including the shortcomings of the setup. The analysis of the improvement is preceded by the creation of a simulation model of the apron infrastructure of the north area at terminals 1 and 2, which is at the same time the motivation of the thesis. This model can be developed and used in the future to improve the setup of the ground handling process. The model in its current state may also be used to simulate airport bus operations and thus evaluate them. In this thesis, the optimization of the air bridge operator processes is achieved by using various validated settings of the operational simulation model developed in Any Logic. In particular, the optimization of the number of human resources is involved. This result is compared with the current situation and evaluated. Furthermore, it is suggested how to put such processes in practice to achieve an improvement in the set ones where the air bridge operators and the necessary equipment will always be available in sufficient quantity and thus of the required quality for aircraft clearance.
