Dopad pandemie covid - 19 na restaurační zařízení

Abstract

Bakalářská práce se věnuje dopadům, které měla pandemie covid – 19 na restaurační zařízení Blackdog Cantina v Praze. V teoretické části je popsán právní základ pro podnikatele, kteří by chtěli podnikat v oblasti pohostinství. Další část se věnuje samotnému restauračnímu zařízení – historie, nabídka, akce a něco málo k personálu. Ve třetí kapitole teoretické části je pak popsána ekonomická situace podniku v době před pandemií, jak se jí dařilo v pražském centru. V praktické části je věnována kapitola dopadům pandemie na uzavření podniku, jaké byly ztráty, co se změnilo ve fungování restaurace. Poslední kapitola praktické části se věnuje vládním kompenzacím v době pandemie, především těm, které právě popisované restaurační zařízení využilo.

This bachelor thesis is devoted to the impacts that the covid - 19 pandemic had on the Blackdog Cantina restaurant in Prague. The theoretical part describes the legal basis for entrepreneurs who would like to do business in the hospitality industry. The next part is devoted to the restaurant facility itself - history, menu, events and a little bit about the staff. The third chapter of the theoretical part then describes the economic situation of the business in the time before the pandemic and how it was doing in the centre of Prague. In the practical part, a chapter is then devoted to the impact of the pandemic on the closure of the business, what were the losses, what changed in the functioning of the restaurant. The last chapter of the practical part is devoted to government compensation during the pandemic, especially those that the described restaurant took advantage of.
