Analýza politiky environmentální udržitelnosti v mezinárodní společnosti

Abstract

Predmetom diplomovej práce je analýza politiky environmentálnej udržateľnosti v medzinárodnej spoločnosti Lush. Cieľom diplomovej práce je zhodnotiť mieru environmentálnej udržateľnosti v medzinárodnej spoločnosti Lush a navrhnúť jej ďalší rozvoj a zlepšenie. Práca je rozdelená na teoretickú a praktickú časť. Teoretická časť sa venuje problematike trvalo udržateľného rozvoja, spoločenskej zodpovednosti firiem a súčasným environmentálnym problémom sveta. V praktickej časti je následne zhodnotená environmentálna udržateľnosť medzinárodnej spoločnosti Lush a vnímanie udržateľnosti a spoločenskej zodpovednosti jej zákazníkmi. Vyhodnotenie prebiehalo na základe dostupných dát a na základe dotazníkového prieskumu medzi zákazníkmi spoločnosti Lush. Výsledky dokazujú, že firma si dáva záležať na tom, aby jej činnosť bola čo najviac udržateľná a v súlade s ochranou životného prostredia. Taktiež je jasné, že zákazníci si tieto aktivity všímajú a považujú spoločnosť za udržateľnú.

The subject of the diploma thesis is the analysis of environmental sustainability policy in the international company Lush. The aim of the diploma thesis is to evaluate the degree of environmental sustainability in the international company Lush and to propose its further development and improvement. The diploma thesis is divided into theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part deals with the issue of sustainable development, corporate social responsibility and the current environmental problems of the world. The practical part then evaluates the environmental sustainability of the international company Lush and the perception of sustainability and social responsibility by its customers. The evaluation was based on available data and a questionnaire survey among Lush customers. The results prove that the company cares about the fact that its activities are as sustainable as possible and in accordance with environmental protection. It is also clear that customers notice these activities and consider the company sustainable.
