Využití principů cirkulární ekonomiky v navrhování kancelářských budov

Abstract

Práce se zabývá problematikou využití principů cirkulární ekonomiky ve stavebnictví, zejména v navrhování kancelářských budov. V teoretické části diplomové práce jsou rozebrány zásadní definice cirkulární ekonomiky, její hlavní principy, implementace v rámci České republiky obecně a se zaměřením na odvětví stavebnictví s příklady dobré praxe. Dále byla provedena analýza hodnocení návrhu budov z pohledu cirkulární ekonomiky podle existujících certifikačních nástrojů. Na základě této analýzy byla vypracována nová kritéria, která jsou nezbytná pro hodnocení kancelářských budov. Praktická část řeší případovou studii projektu, ve které jsou aplikována nově vyvinutá kritéria. Na jejich základě byla budova vyhodnocena a navržena řada optimalizačních konstrukčních a dalších opatření.

The work is devoted to the use of the principles of circular economy in construction, especially in the design of office buildings. The theoretical part of the thesis discusses the basic definitions of circular economics, its main principles, implementation in the Czech Republic in general and with a focus on the construction industry with examples of good practice. Furthermore, an analysis of the evaluation of building design from the perspective of circular economics according to existing rating systems and certification tools was performed. Based on this analysis, new criteria have been developed that are necessary for the evaluation of office buildings. The practical part is represented as a case study of the project, in which the newly developed criteria are applied. Based on them, the building was evaluated and a number of optimization design and other measures were proposed.
