Abstract

Diplomová práce se zabývá stavebně technickým průzkumem historické budovy sanatoria v Kostelci nad Černými lesy včetně analýzy poruch a sanací vybraných poruch. Práce je zaměřená na popis konstrukcí objektu, jejich poruch a možných sanací. Část práce je věnována zaměření objektu a zkreslení stávajícího stavu. Práce se také zabývá analýzou vlhkosti v objektu pomocí vlhkoměru a gravimetrické metody. V poslední části diplomové práce je zkoumána pevnost jednotlivých železobetonových prvků, pevnost betonu a vyztužení.

The diploma thesis deals with structural survey of historic sanatorium in Kostelec nad Černými lesy, including the analysis of faults and remidiation of selected faults. The thesis is focused on the description of the structures, their failures and possible remidiation. Part of this thesis is devoted to the measurement object and the distortion of the current state. The thesis is focused on the analysis of moisture using hydrometer and gravimetric method. Last part of diploma thesis is examining the strenght of reinforced concrete elements, specially the strenght of concrete and reinforcement.
