Polyfunkční dům Bratislavská

Abstract

Předmětem této diplomové práce je zpracování vybraných částí projektové dokumentace objektu polyfunkčního domu Bratislavská – s hlavním zaměřením na energetické a stavebně-technické řešení obálky budovy na úrovni pasivního domu. V první části práce je vypracován skladby návrh obalových konstrukcí budovy dle stavebně energetických požadavků na pasivní budovy dle aktuálně platné legislativy. V druhé části mé diplomové práce byly zpracovány dílčí části projektové dokumentace – C.3 Situace koordinační, D.1.1 Architektonické stavební řešení, D.1.2. Stavebně konstrukční řešení, D.1.4.Technické zařízení budov. Veškerá projektová dokumentace je zpracována na úrovni pro stavební povolení. Podkladem pro zpracování diplomové práce byla architektonická studie. Projektovaným objektem je novostavba polyfunkčního domu v ulici Bratislavská v Brně. Objekt má jedno podzemní a osm nadzemních podlaží, jež mají odlišné funkce užívání. V objektu jsou tři obchodní jednotky, čtyři administrativní jednotky a třicet dva bytových jednotek o dispozici 2+k a 3+kk.

The subject of this diploma thesis is preperation of selected parts of the project documentation of the polyfunctional building in Bratislavská Street - with the main focus on the energy and construction-technical solution of the building envelope at the level of the passive house. In the first part of the work is designed the composition of the packaging structures of the building - according to the building energy requirements for passive buildings according to the currently valid legislation. In the second part of my diploma thesis, partial parts of the project documentation were processed - C.3 Coordination situation, D.1.1 Architectural construction solutions, D.1.2. Building design solutions, D.1.4.Technical equipment of buildings. All project documentation is processed at the level for the building permit. The basis for the elaboration of the diploma thesis was an architectural study. The projected building is a newly built polyfunctional building in Bratislavská Street in Brno. The building has one underground and eight above-ground floors, which have different functions of use. The building has three commercial, four administrative units and thirty-two residential units of size 2BR + kitchenette and 3BR + kitchenette.
