The subject of this master thesis is the verification of the footbridge over the blind stream branch of the river Labe in Hradec Králové. The first part of the thesis discusses the issues of structural dynamics and experimental dynamics. The second part of the thesis describes the construction on which the experiment was carried out and its evaluation and assessment in terms of dynamics properties. An experimental modal analysis and dynamic load test were performer aspart of the experiment. In the third part of the thesis, a model was created by using Scia Eng. Software. Based on knowledge from the project documentation and the modal characteristics obtained from the experiment and from the model were compared.
