Práce popisuje vlastnosti této struktury, její možné modifikace, modelování a nakonec i finální výrobu pomocí aditivních technologií. This thesis deals with analysis of 3D printed porous structures designed for biomedical applications. The goal was to analyze the elemental cells in detail and find the dependency of the global modulus of elasticity on the properties of the structure, such as porosity or the number of elementary cells. It provides a basic overview of organic structures that are suitable for applications in biotechnology, with a focus on the gyroid structure, which, based on previous testing, has been assessed as the most suitable alternative for implantology. The work describes the properties of this structure, its possible modifications, modelling and eventually final production using additive technologies. It also includes a introduction of software in which samples for the experimental part were made. Furthermore, the standard ČSN ISO 13314 was described, according to which experimental analysis was conducted and which is necessary for the manufacture and distribution of medical devices. The thesis is focused on mechanical testing of samples with different porosity, number of elemental cells and plane of delivery according to ČSN ISO 13314. In the end, there was an evaluation of the experiment. Namely the limit force and the dependence of the global modulus of elasticity on the functional properties of the structure.
