The work deals with the summary of knowledge about the formation of pore pressure in concrete at elevated temperatures. Furthermore, the theoretical part describes the material properties affecting the pore pressure and spalling of the concrete surface. The work describes experiments dealing with experimental measurement of pore pressure in concrete at elevated temperatures. In the experimental part, a hitherto unpublished method of measuring pore pressure is proposed. The aim of this thesis is to design an experiment so that the measured results of pore pressure are not affected by technological influences, but only differences in the physical properties of the tested concrete mixtures.
