Ekonomické posouzení rekonstrukce rodinného domu

Abstract

Cílem diplomové práce je navržení rekonstrukce pro rodinný dům z 60. let 20. století. Rekonstrukce je navržena ve dvou variantách podle rozsahu prací. V první variantě jsou plánována opatření pro snížení energetické náročnosti domu a provozních nákladů. Druhá varianta rozšiřuje předchozí variantu o úpravu dispozice domu a interiérové úpravy. Pro obě varianty je vytvořen položkový rozpočet v CS ÚRS. V teoretické části je popsána problematika oceňování ve stavebnictví, energetického managementu budov, oceňování nemovitostí a ekonomického vyhodnocování. V praktické části jsou podrobně rozepsány obě varianty rekonstrukce a je provedeno jejich ekonomické a energetické vyhodnocení.

The aim of this diploma thesis is to design a reconstruction of the detached house built in the sixties of the last century. The reconstruction is projected in two different options according to work extend. In the first option, an insulation of the house is planned and due to it, the energy performance of building as well as operating costs is lower. The second option is extending the first option about a new house disposition and an interior modification. The budget is created for both options. The pricing materials, energetic management, real estate pricing and economic evaluation is described in the theoretic part of the thesis. Both options of the reconstruction as well as their economic and energetic evaluation are described in detail in the practical part.
