Činnosti investora při přípravě realizace rodinného domu

Abstract

Tato diplomová práce se zaměřuje na výběr vhodné nemovitosti ke koupi. Teoreticko-metodologická část obsahuje seznámení s důležitým názvoslovím obsaženým v diplomové práci, s teorií hledaní stavebního pozemku, jeho financováním, koupí samotnou a následným procesem povolování stavby rodinného domu. Na tuto část poté navazuje část aplikační, která představuje vlastní zkušenost s hledáním vhodné nemovitosti, následnou koupí konkrétního stavebního pozemku a jeho financováním. Práce je zakončena souhrnem podkladů pro povolení budoucí stavby rodinného domu a celkovým závěrem.

This diploma thesis focuses on the selection of a suitable realty to buy. The theoretical and methodological part contains an introduction to the important terminology contained in the thesis, with the theory of finding a building plot, its financing, the purchase itself and the subsequent process of permitting the construction of a family house. This part is then followed by the application part, which represents own experience with finding a suitable property, the subsequent purchase of a specific building plot and its financing. The work ends with a summary of documents for the permit for the future construction of a family house and the overall conclusion.
