Současné a plánované postupy pro povolování staveb v ČR

Abstract

Předmětem této diplomové práce je porovnání způsobů povolování staveb podle současného stavebního zákona 183/2006 Sb. a podle nového stavebního zákona 283/2021 Sb. Práce nejprve popisuje povolování dle současného zákona, následně dle plánovaného zákona. Dále jsou popsané jejich hlavní rozdíly a na závěr jsou na uvedených příkladech reálných staveb popsány časové náročnosti podle skutečnosti za účinnosti současného zákona a podle nových povolovacích procesů.

The subject of this thesis is a comparison of the methods of building permits under the current Building Act 183/2006 Coll. and under the new Building Act 283/2021 Coll. The work first describes permitting under the current law, then under the planned law. Their main differences are described below, and in conclusion, the time-consuming properties are described in the above examples of real structures according to the reality given by the current law and under the new permitting processes.
