Analýza vlivu emisního obchodování na stavební trh v České republice

Abstract

V rámci diplomové práce je zkoumán vliv emisního obchodování na stavební trh v České republice. Pro pochopení vzniku systémů emisního obchodování jsou v práci nejdříve představeny mezinárodní klimatické iniciativy a cíle Evropské unie v ochraně klimatu. Následně je představen systém emisního obchodování EU ETS. Teoretická část práce je zakončena energetickým profilem ČR a skladbou cen paliv a energie. V praktické části práce je zkoumáno, zda a do jaké míry ovlivňuje emisní obchodování náklady domácností prostřednictvím cen energetických komodit, hodnotu stavebních prací a cenu vybraných stavebních materiálů. Výsledky ukazují, že emisní obchodování má značný vliv na cenu silové elektřiny (30% podíl) a nezanedbatelný podíl na ceně nakupovaného tepla (7% podíl), což se projevuje na výši nákladů domácností. Ze zkoumaných výrobků je významný vliv emisního obchodování zjištěn pouze u ceny cementu. Podíl emisního obchodování na hodnotě stavebních prací je hodnotou nižší než 0,1 % zanedbatelný.

The thesis examines the impact of emissions trading on construction market in the Czech Republic. To understand the origins of emissions trading schemes, the thesis first introduces international climate initiatives and the European Union's environmental goals. Subsequently, the EU ETS is introduced. The theoretical part of the thesis ends with the energy profile of the Czech Republic and the composition of fuels and energy prices. The practical part of the thesis examines whether and to what extent emissions trading effects household costs through energy commodity prices, the value of construction works and the price of selected building materials. The results show that emissions trading has a significant impact on the price of electricity (30% share) and a non-negligible share on the price of district heat (7% share), which is reflected in household costs. Among the building materials studied, a significant effect of emissions trading is found only for the price of cement. The contribution of emissions trading to the value of construction works is, with its value smaller than 0.1%, negligible.
