Mapování podmínek a míry uplatnění plastového 3D tisku v českém průmyslu

Abstract

Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou využívání plastového 3D tisku ve výrobních podnicích v České republice. V praktické části práce je nejdříve zmapován český trh plastového 3D tisku s cílem identifikovat a popsat subjekty, které na něm působí. Stěžejní částí je realizace vlastního výzkumu, který má podobu dotazníkového šetření, jehož respondenty tvoří především uživatelé 3D tisku z podniků. Dotazník se kromě běžných témat, jako jsou účely použití či benefity 3D tisku, věnuje také problematice jeho zavádění do výrobní praxe nebo vzdělávání uživatelů v podnicích. Zmapování trhu a důkladná analýza dat získaných vlastním výzkumem poskytuje ucelený pohled na aktuální situaci u nás. V závěru práce je navržen další postup, který povede ke zvýšení míry a kvality využívání plastového 3D tisku v českém průmyslu.

The diploma thesis addresses the issue of the usage of plastic 3D printing in production companies in the Czech Republic. In the practical part of the thesis, the Czech market of plastic 3D printing is firstly mapped in order to identify and describe the entities operating on it. The most important part is the conducting of the own research, which takes the form of a questionnaire survey, whose respondents are mainly users of 3D printing from companies. In addition to the typical topics such as the purposes of use or benefits of 3D printing, the questionnaire also addresses the issue of its implementation in production practice or the training of users in companies. The market mapping and thorough analysis of data obtained by the own research provides a comprehensive view of the current situation in our country. In the conclusion of the thesis, a further action is proposed, which will lead to an increase in the level and quality of the use of plastic 3D printing in the Czech industry.
