Analýza a výběr kritérií pro výběr ochranné vesty proti bodným zbraním

Abstract

Tato práce přináší přehled kritérií pro výběr ochranné vesty proti konkrétním bodným zbraním, z hlediska navýšení bezpečnosti příslušníku bezpečnostních sborů. V práci jsou studovány vlastnosti a typy ochranných vest proti konkrétním bodným zbraním na základě studie a analýzy nejčastějších typů útoků, studie nejčastějších bodných zbraní, silového působení během útoku a rešerše současných norem. Pro splnění cíle práce a verifikaci či falzifikaci hypotéz byly využity metody: analýza, analytická retrospektivní studie, biomechanické měření, polostrukturovaný rozhovor a multikriteriální analýza. Teoretická část práce zachycuje a popisuje druhy útoků bodnou zbraní a druhy bodných zbraní. Dále se tato práce zabývá ochrannými vestami, jejich historickým vývojem, parametry, vlastnosti ochranných vest a druhy výrobního materiálu. Součástí této části je také studium fyzikálního působení a parametry vyskytující se během útoku. V této části jsou také nejčastější typy útoků včetně nejčastěji použitých zbraní, a to na základě analytické retrospektivní studie. Dále jsou analyzovány a představeny normy určující požadavky na ochranné vesty. Následně byly představeny konkrétní typy vest dostupných na internetovém obchodě. V experimentální části byly provedeny rozhovory s příslušníky bezpečnostních sborů a ozbrojených sil, aby byly získány aktuální data o konkrétních skupinách útoků, čímž se následně ověřily závěry o nejpravděpodobnějších útocích bodnou zbraní z analytické retrospektivní studie. Následně proběhlo měření nejčastějších typů útoků prostřednictvím kamerového systému Vicon Nexus 2.70, kdy každý proband předvedl nejčastější typy útoků bodnou zbraní. Kinetické a kinematické výpočty byly provedeny pomocí programu Visual 3D v5 Professional a prostřednictvím vytvořeného skriptu v programu pro vědeckotechnické výpočty Matlab R2019a byla dopočítaná výsledná kinetická energie útoku. Na závěr multikriteriální analýzou byly vybrány nejvhodnější typy ochranných vest, které jsou dostupné na internetovém obchodě, v závislosti na bodné zbrani a hrozícímu útoku.

The work provides an overview of the criteria for selecting a protective vest against specific stabbing weapons to increase the security forces' safety. The work studies the properties and types of protective vests against specific stabbing weapons based on the study and analysis of the most common types of attacks, the study of the most common stabbing weapons, force during the attack and a search of current standards. To reach the goal of the work and to verify or falsify hypotheses, the following methods were used: analysis, analytical retrospective study, biomechanical measurement, semi-structured interview and multicriteria analysis. The theoretical part of the work captures and describes the types of stabbing attacks and types of stabbing weapons. Furthermore, this work deals with safety vests, historical development, parameters, properties of protective vests and types of production material. Part of this theoretical part is also the study of physical activity and parameters occurring during the attack. This section also analyzes the most common types of attacks, including the most commonly used weapons, based on an analytical retrospective study. Furthermore, standards determining the requirements for safety vests are analyzed and presented. Subsequently, specific types of vests available on the online store were introduced. In the experimental part, interviews were conducted with the security forces and the armed forces to obtain up-to-date data on specific groups of attacks, which subsequently verified the conclusions about the most likely stabbing attacks from an analytical retrospective study. Later, the most common types of attacks were measured using the Vicon Nexus 2.70 camera system, where each proband demonstrated the most common types of stabbing attacks. Kinetic and kinematic calculations were performed using Visual 3D v5 Professional. The resulting kinetic energy of the episode was calculated using a script created in the program for scientific and technical measures Matlab R2019a. Finally, a multicriteria analysis selected the most suitable types of protective vests available on the online store, depending on the stabbing weapon and the impending attack.
