Analýza násilných napadení zdravotnických záchranářů

Abstract

Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou násilných napadení páchaných na zdravotnických záchranářích při poskytování přednemocniční neodkladné péče v České republice. Aktuálnost tohoto jevu vychází ze stále vzrůstajícího trendu páchaných útoků. Teoretická část se věnuje práci zdravotníků záchranné služby a jejich právní ochraně. Jsou zde vymezeny pojmy konflikt, násilí a agresivita ve spojitosti s poskytováním přednemocniční péče, přístup záchranářů k agresivnímu pacientovi a v neposlední řadě také možnosti prevence. Na teoretickou část práce navazuje část praktická - výzkumná. Jsou zde stanoveny průzkumné otázky, popsán současný stav problematiky a taktéž je zde charakterizována metoda výzkumu. Hlavním cílem praktické části práce bylo zmapování problematiky násilných incidentů. Podkladem výzkumné části této práce byly hloubkové rozhovory zaměřené na vznik a samotný průběh násilných incidentů mířených proti zasahujícímu záchranáři. Rozhovory byly prováděny s operátory zdravotnického operačního střediska, s napadenými zdravotnickými záchranáři a s příslušníky Policie České republiky. Rozhovory jsou v praktické části kódovány pomocí zakotvené teorie Glasera a Strausse. Následně jsou námi zjištěné poznatky komparovány s výsledky autorů jiných výzkumů. V závěru práce jsou shrnuty výsledky a navržena vhodná opatření, která by mohla vést ke zvýšení úrovně osobní bezpečnosti zdravotnických záchranářů v terénu.

The diploma thesis deals with the issue of violent assaults committed on paramedics while providing pre-hospital emergency care in the Czech Republic. The topicality of this phenomenon is based on the ever-increasing trend of attacks. The theoretical part deals with the work of paramedics and their legal protection. It defines the concepts of conflict, violence, and aggression in connection with the provision of pre-hospital care, approach of rescuers to an aggressive patient and last but not least, the possibility of prevention. The theoretical part of the work is followed by a practical part - research. Exploratory questions are set here, the current state of the issue is described, and the research method is characterized there as well. The main goal of the practical part of the work was to map the issue of violent incidents. The research part of this work was based on in-depth interviews focused on the origin and course of violent incidents aimed at the intervening rescuer. Interviews were conducted with the operators of the medical operations centre with the attacked paramedics and with members of the Police of the Czech Republic. The interviews are coded in the practical part using the grounded theory of Glaser and Strauss. Subsequently our findings are compared with the results of authors of other researches. At the end of the work the results are summarized and appropriate measures which could lead to an increase in the level of personal safety of paramedics in the field are proposed.
