Přístup zdravotnického záchranáře k akutnímu krvácení do gastrointestinálního traktu

Abstract

Cílem práce bylo zjistit přístup zdravotnického záchranáře k akutnímu krvácení do GIT. V teoretické části jsem se zabýval anatomií GIT a deskripcí jednotlivých druhů krvácení do GIT. Praktická část byla zpracována pomocí kazuistik případů z výjezdů Zdravotnické záchranné služby Středočeského kraje. Při porovnání postupů záchranářů v jednotlivých případech jsem upozornil na odchylky od teoreticky správných postupů, ale i vyzdvihnul to, co posádky udělaly v souladu. Doporučené postupy jsou podpořeny alespoň jedním literárním zdrojem. Při analýze bylo zjištěno, že chyba v postupu, byla přítomna u každého pacienta. Některé byly výrazné a jiné spíše drobné a administrativní.

The aim of the work was to find out the approach of a paramedic to acute bleeding into the GIT. In the theoretical part I dealt with the anatomy of the GIT and the description of individual types of bleeding into the GIT. The practical part was processed using case reports from departures of the Medical Rescue Service of the Central Bohemian Region. When comparing the procedures of rescuers in individual cases, I pointed out the deviations from the theoretically correct procedures, but also highlighted what they did in accordance. Recommended practices are supported by at least one literary source. During the analysis, it was found that an error in the procedure was present in each patient. Some were significant and others were rather minor and administrative.
