Porovnání testů bez fúzního podnětu a s fúzním podnětem pro vyšetření heteroforie

Abstract

V bakalářské práci se zabývám porovnáním testů bez fúzního a s fúzním podnětem pro vyšetření heteroforie. Součástí práce je popis binokulárního vidění, jeho vývoje a poruch, které mohou vzniknout z několika možných příčin. Jejich vysvětlení nám pomůže lépe pochopit metody a postupy, kterými se musíme při předpisu korekčních pomůcek řídit. V další kapitole jsou popsané testy s fúzním a bez fúzního podnětu, kterými odhalíme velikost disociované a asociované heteroforie, které jsou statisticky vyhodnoceny. Bylo porovnáváno, zda jsou výsledky těchto metod stejné, nebo zda se liší, a my je nemůžeme zaměnit. Výzkum probíhal na 40 pacientech po stanovení plné sférocylindrické korekce do dálky na vyšetřovací jednotce Pascal 3D. Každému pacientovi byly třikrát změřeny hodnoty prizmatické korekce, které byly porovnávány. Zjistila jsem, že výsledek naměřené prizmatické korekce pomocí testů na disociovanou heteroforii, stejně tak jako asociovanou heteroforii jsou zaměnitelné, a lze si z nabídky testů pro daný typ heteroforie vybrat. Naopak jsem potvrdila, že nelze zaměnit výsledek disociované a asociované heteroforie, protože naměřené hodnoty těchto typů testů se liší.

In my bachelor thesis, I deal with comparison of tests without and with fusional stimulus for examination of heterophoria. Part of the work is a description of binocular vision, its development and disorders, which can arise from several possible causes. Their explanation will help us to better understand the methods and procedures that we must follow when prescribing corrective aids. The next chapter describes assays with fusion and without fusion stimulus, which reveal the size of dissociated and associated heterophoria, which are statistically evaluated. It compared whether the results of these methods are the same or different, and we cannot confuse them. The research was performed on 40 patients after determining the full spherocylindrical distance correction on the Pascal 3D examination unit. Prismatic correction values were measured in each patient three times and compared. I found that the result of the measured prismatic correction using tests for dissociated heterophoria, as well as the associated heterophoria, are interchangeable, and can be selected from the menu of tests for a given type of heterophoria. On the contrary, I confirmed that the result of dissociated and associated heterophoria cannot be confused, because the measured values of these types of tests differ.
