Nejčastější vyšetřovací metody v nukleární medicíně

Abstract

Tato bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na nejčastěji používané vyšetřovací metody v nukleární medicíně. Teoretická část zahrnuje stručný popis základních pojmů z nukleární medicíny, radiofarmak a přístrojové techniky. Hlavní část je věnována popisu nejčastějších vyšetření, jejich postupů, indikace k provedení vyšetření a možné interpretace získaných výsledků. Praktická část zahrnuje analýzu dat pacientů vyšetřovaných na pracovištích nukleární medicíny Všeobecné fakultní nemocnice v Praze, Fakultní nemocnice v Motole a Fakultní nemocnice Královské Vinohrady od 01.01.2020 do 31.12.2020. Zaměřuje se na počet pacientů u jednotlivých vyšetření, jejich věků, pohlaví, nejčastějším indikacím a průměrné aplikované dávce radiofarmak.

This bachelor's thesis focuses on the frequently used nuclear medicine procedures. The theoretical part briefly describes essential concepts of nuclear medicine, radiopharmaceuticals and instrumentation. The main part is devoted to the description of the most common examinations, their procedures, indications for their use and possible interpretation of the obtained results. The practical part includes the analysis of data of patients examined at the nuclear medicine department of the General University Hospital in Prague, the University Hospital in Motol and the University Hospital Královské Vinohrady from 01.01.2020 to 31.12.2020. It focuses on the number of patients for individual examinations, their age, sex, the most common indications and the average applied dose of radiopharmaceuticals.
